FRANCO ROTELLI
Medico psichiatra, oggi consigliere della Regione Friuli
Venezia Giulia in quota PD, ha collaborato dal 1971
al 1979 con Franco Basaglia alla trasformazione e poi
chiusura dell’ospedale psichiatrico di Trieste, esperienza
che è stata alla base della legge180/1978 che stabilì la
chiusura degli ospedali Psichiatrici. Dal 1980 ha diretto i
servizi psichiatrici di Trieste per quindici anni. Dal 1998
al 2001 è stato direttore generale dell’Azienda Sanitaria
di Trieste, poi di Caserta dal 2001 al 2004 e di nuovo di
Trieste dal 2004 al 2010.
